Paul MeyeringPaul Meyering, CFA, President of Medallion Capital,
was previously Vice President of Corporate Finance for an investment banking firm that provided debt and equity capital raising and merger & acquisition services to middle-market businesses. He also has experience in venture capital, asset based lending and asset securitization. Paul has an undergraduate degree in finance and economics from Northwest Missouri State University and an MBA degree from the University of Minnesota.

Dean R. PickerellDean R. Pickerell, Executive Vice President,
held various controller and financial management positions at Honeywell and Control Data Corporation, and has been involved in the venture capital industry since 1985. He has served on the board of directors of numerous private and public companies. Dean has an undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and completed the course work for an MBA degree from Mankato State University.

Stephen A. LewisStephen A. Lewis, Senior Vice President,
was previously the president of a company that provided strategic planning, marketing, financial analysis and general management services to small businesses and venture capital companies. He has served as CEO of a number of small enterprises and has turnaround experience. Prior to 1988, he was a marketing executive at Control Data Corporation. Steve holds undergraduate and masters degrees in engineering from Ohio University.

Michael MahoneyMichael Mahoney, Vice President,
was previously a Vice President of Business Development for JPMorgan Chase. Michael has 15 years of senior lending experience, extensively in asset based lending, and also in audit, relationship management, and marketing, through his positions at Chase and Wells Fargo. Michael has a B.S. in Business Administration from Minnesota State, Mankato and an MBA from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.
